Use as needed to relieve existing blemishes and help prevent future breakouts. Take two tablets every hour for the first six doses， then three times daily between meals until better. Tablets to be sucked or chewed. For best results， use as part of your daily Nelsons Pure & Clear skin care system， including Purifying Cleansing Wash or Wipes， Balancing Toner， Nourishing Moisturizer and Acne Treatment Gel.
